Jenna is the Global Managing Director at Medvec & Associates and leads the team and the firm's global operations. She leverages her expertise in organizational development, business development, and strategic leadership to support clients in navigating their complex negotiation and decision-making challenges and achieving high-impact outcomes.

Jenna is a seasoned executive passionate about fostering effective teams and driving growth through innovative strategies. She led and scaled her family's training and education business to a national business supporting over 20,000 students per year and then exited to private equity. She brings extensive experience in marketing, sales, stakeholder engagement, and high-level negotiation to her work with clients across industries, emphasizing practical approaches to negotiations, decision-making, and leadership development. Based in Sydney, Australia, she works with our global team and clients to deliver exceptional results.

Jenna completed her Bachelor of Commerce (Accounting and Finance) from the University of New South Wales and her MBA at Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management.

Jenna continues to serve in volunteer leadership and not-for-profit board positions. Jenna is an active member of the YPO Sydney Pacific Chapter and was recognized with the AIM 30 Under 30 Award in 2015 for outstanding managerial excellence and impact on the profession.
